Add your signature to email apps on iPhone and Android
Most mobile email apps have limited HTML signature support. Your signature may appear as plain text on mobile devices. For best results, set up your signature on desktop first.
Go to Settings → Mail
Scroll down and tap "Signature"
Select "Per Account" if you have multiple email accounts
Delete "Sent from my iPhone"
Type or paste your signature
After pasting, shake your phone and tap "Undo" to preserve some formatting
Tap the menu icon (☰)
Scroll down and tap "Settings"
Select your email account
Tap "Mobile Signature"
Toggle the switch ON
Type or paste your signature (plain text only)
Tap "OK" to save
Tap your profile picture or menu icon
Tap the gear icon for Settings
Under "Mail", tap "Signature"
Toggle signature ON
Type or paste your signature
Tap "Save"
Mobile signatures should be shorter and simpler than desktop versions. Focus on essential information only.
