Mobile Signature Best Practices

Keep it Simple

Mobile signatures should be shorter and simpler than desktop versions. Focus on essential information only.

Suggested Mobile Format

John Doe
Marketing Manager | Acme Corp
(555) 123-4567
john@example.com

Avoid These

  • Images and logos (won't display properly)
  • Complex formatting
  • Multiple colors
  • Long social media lists

Pro Tip

Set up a simplified version of your signature specifically for mobile use. Keep your full, formatted signature for desktop emails.
