Apple Mail Tips

Signature looks different than expected?

Make sure "Always match my default message font" is unchecked. This is the most common issue.

Images not showing?

Apple Mail can be picky about images. Ensure they are:

  • Hosted online (not local files)
  • Using HTTPS URLs
  • Reasonable file size (under 500KB)

Want different signatures for different accounts?

Create multiple signatures and assign each one to specific email accounts by dragging them in the preferences.
