Set up your email signature in Mozilla Thunderbird
Go to Tools → Account Settings
Or right-click on your email account in the folder pane and select "Settings"
In the left panel, click on your email account name
Check the box for "Use HTML"
In the "Signature text" box, paste your HTML signature
Thunderbird will render it properly when you compose emails
You can also save your signature as an HTML file:
Click "OK" to save your settings
Compose a new email to see your signature
Make sure "Use HTML" is checked in your account settings. Without this, Thunderbird will display the raw HTML code.
Thunderbird requires images to be hosted online. Ensure all image URLs start with https:// and are accessible.
Each email account in Thunderbird can have its own signature. Just repeat these steps for each account.
In Account Settings → Composition & Addressing, you can choose where to place your signature in replies and forwards.
