Yahoo Mail Tips

Formatting looks different?

Yahoo Mail may adjust some HTML formatting. If your signature doesn't look right:

  • Try pasting without formatting first (Ctrl+Shift+V)
  • Then use Yahoo's editor tools to add formatting
  • Or create a simpler version specifically for Yahoo

Images not showing?

Yahoo Mail can be restrictive with images. Ensure:

  • Images are hosted on HTTPS URLs
  • Image files are under 500KB
  • Use common formats (JPG, PNG, GIF)

Signature appears twice?

Check your signature settings to ensure it's not set to append on both new messages AND replies if you don't want that behavior.
